Introduction of Essence 2

Understanding all the dimensions of the Lataif

Essence 2 is about the Black,  Green and Yellow.
The Black is a very strong process and very deep. In fact the Black Essence is the Essence of peace, silence and stillness and is very beautiful but the issues associated with it have to do with Power and hatred. We take a look at our defences and the falsness with which we protect ourselves.

We in the end come into contact with our vulnerability and true power which hides under masks of agitation,  isolation and fear. We confront the Ego and find our true being in all its simplicity and depth.
The Green is where we discover our heartful compassion, we find liberation from the super Ego and through loving objective enquiry encounter the spirit of guidance. Green is very delicate and tender, It opens our heart in compassion to our selves and all we have gone through. The green heals emotional wounds and gives us the inner space to feel our wounds without closing or reacting , this lets the wounds heal and brings us new hope.
The Yellow is the Essence of joy and curiousity. The Yellow is light and playful, and eases the depression that many of us know from our lives. In the Yellow we let go of the false loyalties that keep us tied to the past and by letting go  of this can move forward to a new life of love and celebration.
